Please read this document carefully before using the 1998rich platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1998rich platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 1998rich as the platform operator.

Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of 1998rich services, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  • Your account password is entirely your responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
  • All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility, whether performed by you or any other party who accesses your account.
  • Report to the support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

All users of the 1998rich platform agree to use the service responsibly and within the bounds of applicable law. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other means to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
  • Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that conflicts with the stipulated terms.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.

Any violation of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

4. MYR Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the 1998rich platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment methods, including FPX, bank transfers, and selected digital wallets.

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limit subject to the payment method selected and your account verification level.
  • All transactions are processed in accordance with our established processing time policy. 1998rich is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or wallet registered under the same account holder's name.
  • 1998rich reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals for security and compliance purposes.
  • Any transaction suspected of fraud will be blocked immediately pending further investigation.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The 1998rich platform is provided on an "as-is" basis (as-is). We strive to keep the platform running smoothly; however, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or protected from all technical threats.

1998rich is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage arising from the inability to access the platform due to scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions.
  • Financial losses arising from the user's own betting or gaming decisions.
  • Loss of data or device damage resulting from use of the platform.
  • Actions or content from third parties linked via external links on our platform.

1998rich's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of active deposits in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

6. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

1998rich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of any terms set out in this document.
  • Fraud, bonus abuse, or attempts to manipulate the system.
  • Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
  • Activities suspected of violating applicable Malaysian law.
  • Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant regulatory bodies.

In cases of account suspension or closure due to confirmed fraud, 1998rich reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the balance in the relevant account. Users who believe their account was closed in error may submit an appeal through our official support channels.

7. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the 1998rich platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of 1998rich or its authorised licensors. You are not permitted to:

  • Reproducing, copying, distributing, or modifying any platform content without written authorisation.
  • Using the 1998rich brand name or logo for commercial purposes or personal promotion.
  • Creating derivative works based on platform content without official approval.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 1998rich has no control over the content of those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Use of any third-party site is entirely at the user's own risk.

8. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

1998rich reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia. The official language of this document is Bahasa Melayu.
